Template showcase terms
1. Showcase Purpose
This Business Suite site is a public showcase for a Base44 template. The public demo is provided for evaluation and is not a hosted production workspace for visitors.
2. Template Acquisition
The template is acquired through its official Base44 template listing. Current price, purchase terms, availability and platform-specific license conditions are those shown by Base44 at the time of acquisition.
3. Your Copied Application
A buyer's copied Base44 application is separate from this showcase. Buyers are responsible for configuring their own users, permissions, data, integrations, workflows, compliance requirements and operating practices.
4. Demo Use
The public demo is intended for read-only exploration. Visitors should not rely on demo content as business, legal, tax, accounting, compliance or professional advice.
5. No Hosted Subscription
This showcase does not offer a Business Suite monthly or annual SaaS subscription. Base44 platform charges, if any, for a buyer's own copied application are separate from the Business Suite template and are governed by Base44.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights in the Business Suite template and associated materials remain subject to the applicable purchase and license terms. Third-party services, libraries and Base44 remain subject to their own terms.
7. No Warranty
The showcase and template are provided as a configurable starting point. Buyers should review, test and adapt their copied application before using it for production business operations or regulated data.
